About our mountain cooks
Our mountain cooks are characterized by the permanent training they receive in their area on-mountain food. They apply basic techniques and rules for handling, preparing and preserving food, according to health, safety and hygiene standards.
About our mountain porters
These are the people who offer their auxiliary service, in the transfer of personal and camping equipment from one place to another, where access is impossible for the donkeys. They have annual training in safety and rescue in high mountains so that the expeditions are safest and most reliable. They are divided into several associations of high mountain assistants.
About the donkey drivers
These are the people responsible for the handling of the donkeys, during the transfer of the camping equipment, food, and personal equipment in the trekking and climbing expeditions. They are indispensable during expeditions.
About our camping equipment
Our camping equipment is inside the quality standards such as 3 station tents for hiking, 4 station tents for climbing, mattresses, kitchen tents, dining room tents, bathroom tents, kitchen utensils, tables, and chairs. All this to make your trip pleasant and comfortable.
About our transportation
We provide private transportation during the acclimatization trekking, climbing, and multi-day trekking services, depending on the service you access.
About our food
Food is essential to increase the chances of successful ascents during hiking and climbing expeditions. We have professional cooks who are in charge of making a nutritious meal to recover energy and we consider cases of special diets, such as vegetarian or coeliac diets, or if the meals must have some special way of preparation. During the expeditions, we provide fresh food such as bread, meat, eggs, fruits, and vegetables.
Water is an essential part of all aspects of daily life, as a basic drink and to produce food and protect health. That is why we provide all our clients with boiled water during the morning and evening to drink.
